Client Service:
The Client Services team of Marketing and Merchandising personnel is focused on ensuring that every step of a client’s order is well-handled. The team is involved in making offers to submitting timely samples and closely following the entire production process, to ensure that deadlines are being met. They then hand over the order at the final stage to the Shipping and Accounts departments, who complete the overall process of servicing every order.
Cotton Trend understands the global nature of the Textile Business. We therefore make senior personnel available at all times to meet clients, be it in their offices, at ours in Faisalabad or in other cities, based on the client’s schedule
